We stayed here after a 4 hour drive and we were planning on going to the mall. We then got told that they had a bus to go to the mall. That was very nice and helpful for us. We got done with the mall and got back to the hotel exhausted. I got some food that you could pay for at the hotel it was kind of expensive but there is a gas station near the hotel that you could go to instead. The hotel did have free coffee, tea, and hot water which was very nice. After I got to take a shower which was very refreshing and nice. The beds are also very comfortable and nice to sleep in. Breakfast was very hot and nice. Then at 11 o clock we decided we were going to continue on to our trip. We tried to get into our car and it was dead. The people at the hotel kindly jumped are car. We are so grateful because that saved us so much time and the people were very nice. Overall I am very pleased with this hotel and recommend it to anyone in the area!

The hotel was clean, and the room was spacious. The bathroom was spacious also. The beds were very comfortable. There was complimentary coffee day and night in the lobby area. Breakfast was included and was tasty. The staff were very kind and helpful. The proximity to the American Dream Mall and the Metlife Stadium could not be beat, and the hotel's free shuttle to the American Dream Mall was much appreciated! Housekeeping service is upon request.

This was the first time I haven't had to move a room or had issues with the cleanliness of a room in a hotel. Man this room was spotless! I always go over everything with disinfectant spray and wipes, but nothing came up with dirt or anything on it, so they actually cleaned the place. Bed was very comfortable! I missed breakfast and I normally don't ever do that at hotels, but I was exhausted the night before. Not a fan of the location, not really near a whole bunch and thought the view would be nicer. The service is kind of lacking as I didn't feel welcomed as a Hilton Honors member when I walked in. They definitely need to move the trashcan away from the coffee/tea/hot chocolate area because flies were always around it and I didn't even want to get anything over there knowing how disgusting flies are. So, that's one thing, but for the clean elevator and the room is why it has five stars.

Hampton Inn Review: A Great Stay I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to both the American Dream Mall and Giant Stadium. The free shuttle service was a huge bonus. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and nicely decorated with NYC artwork. The bathroom was well-appointed with a large shower and plenty of counter space, although the water pressure could have been a bit stronger. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows to choose from. The hotel's breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The lobby area was spacious and inviting, and there was a beautiful garden with picnic tables and a koi pond outside. Overall, I highly recommend the Hampton Inn for anyone visiting the area and looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Our whole family was very pleased with this hotel near the American Dream Mall. The overall cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel was impressive. In addition, free self-service coffee and tea were provided at the elevator entrance, allowing us to enjoy a hot drink at any time before going out and prepare for a day of adventure. The room was well-equipped, clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable, giving us a good resting environment. The quality of the bath products provided in the bathroom was also better than other hotels, making us feel at home. Every morning, we enjoyed a hearty breakfast in the room to start the new day. There are some very beautiful scenic seats set up at the entrance of the hotel for guests to rest and enjoy the surrounding beauty. These seats not only provide a comfortable resting place, but also become a beautiful landscape, adding a special beauty to our stay. In addition, the hotel also provides free bus service, which can be easily taken to the American Dream Mall. This convenient transportation option allows us to easily go to the shopping mall and enjoy the fun of shopping and entertainment without worrying about traffic and parking. Overall, this hotel provides a pleasant and comfortable stay for our entire family with its clean and tidy environment, complete facilities and thoughtful service. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, this hotel is an ideal choice and adds a wonderful memory to our journey.

My family booked this hotel to celebrate my granddaughter’s birthday. We appreciated the convenient shuttle service to the American Dream Mall and MetLife Stadium. We travel all over the world and this hotel offers the best continental breakfast buffet. The hotel is very clean and comfortable beds. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. They allow us to celebrate my granddaughter’s bday in the main lobby. We felt at home. Thank you so much.

We had such a wonderful stay - clean room and, most of all, silent! We were in room 501 at the end of the hall and over a 5-day period, never heard a sound from the room next door or elsewhere. Breakfast is complimentary and plentiful with many options and delicious baked items. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. We had to drive into Manhattan each day and it was quite convenient. A warning: if you're driving here, it's very confusing navigating to this location, so pay close attention to your GPS! NJ roads - especially just outside of NYC - and the drivers are no joke, even when you're used to them.

Walked in without a reservation and the ladies at the desk were so friendly and helpful. Very nice, clean hotel. The shower was good and the beds comfortable. It was pretty quiet but we did have a box fan going. The breakfast is great with good coffee and they keep it well stocked even though it is busy. Hard to find a decently priced hotel with a good free breakfast and free parking so close to NYC. There is a 20 min bus right across the street that goes directly to the city and drops you off near Times Square for $10.20. Would absolutely stay here again.
